A leading private eye care practice in Temple, TX, seeks a skilled and compassionate Optometrist to join its friendly team. Requirements
- Hold a valid state optometry license or actively pursue one
- Demonstrate 1–3 years of clinical experience (new grads encouraged)
- Communicate clearly and organize effectively
- Thrive in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment
- Exhibit business acumen and leadership skills
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive eye exams for patients of all ages
- Diagnose and manage ocular diseases and visual disorders
- Educate patients on ocular health and preventive care
- Recommend and fit specialty contact lenses
- Operate advanced equipment (Optos, glaucoma testing, lensometer, tonometer, phoropter)
- Collaborate with optometrists and support staff
- Serve approximately 22 patients each day
