Optometrist - FT/PT
About The Position
Washington Eye Doctors is expanding and seeking a talented optometrist to join their growing private practice, serving the Washington DC community since 1948. The practice offers personalized eye care to patients of all ages, using cutting-edge technology for accurate diagnoses and effective treatments. The new optometrist will work alongside a team of optometrists, opticians, technicians, and administrative staff, seeing approximately 14-16 patients per day. Services include comprehensive eye health and vision exams, as well as treatment for glaucoma, dry eye disease, specialty contact lens fittings, myopia management, and eyecare emergencies. The office is fully equipped with the latest equipment. The ideal candidate will be personable, welcoming, and passionate about eyecare and general patient health. Training and an onboarding process will be provided.
Requirements
- Must love working with people and be genuinely positive and enthusiastic.
- Willingness to provide a warm smile and be committed to providing legendary, eventful, and memorable eyecare and service.
- Must be a team player, willing to learn, and self-motivated.
- Licensed and in good standing in DC, MD, and VA.
