What you'll do: As the newest full-time optometrist, you will become an integral part of a passionate and collaborative team of seven dedicated professionals who are committed to making a meaningful difference in patients’ lives every day. You’ll have the rewarding responsibility of conducting routine, comprehensive eye exams and delivering top-tier patient care, ensuring every individual receives a personalized and attentive experience. Your regular schedule, Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, allows for a healthy work-life balance while providing you with the opportunity to cultivate lasting relationships with patients and colleagues alike, all in a supportive and welcoming environment that truly values your expertise and compassion. Requirements

  • Doctor of Optometry degree, O.D. including Third Party Administrator (TPA) certificate of licensure
  • 1-3 years of clinical practice experience with current knowledge of Optometric technology and practices; new graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong management, leadership, and organizational skills
  • Strong business aptitude, self-discipline, and ability to deliver outstanding patient service
  • Ability to exercise discretion and independent judgment in the performance of his/her job duties
