About The Position

First Impressions Optometric Associates is a leading eye care company in Indiana, dedicated to making quality eye care accessible and affordable. They are seeking an ambitious and passionate Optometrist, whether a seasoned professional or a recent graduate, to provide excellent patient care. The company handles the business aspects such as insurance billing, credentialing, staff hiring & training, and administrative work, allowing Optometrists to focus solely on patient care. Doctors will have access to advanced diagnostic technology, including optical coherence tomography, visual fields, retinal camera, auto-refractor, and electronic health records, and will be supported by OD Technicians or Clinical Specialists for patient work-up and contact lens care and fittings. Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive eye care to patients of all ages, visual and medical conditions
• Perform patient examinations
• Recommend vision-enhancing solutions based on prescription findings
• Handle eye emergencies
• Collaborate with staff members to help deliver our commitment to improving access to healthcare
