Requirements

  • Doctor of Optometry degree, O.D., including Third Party Administrator (TPA) certificate of licensure
  • 1-3 years of clinical practice experience with current knowledge of Optometric technology and practices; new graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong management, leadership, and organizational skills
  • Strong business aptitude, self-discipline, and ability to deliver outstanding patient service
  • Ability to exercise discretion and independent judgment in the performance of his/her job duties

Nice To Haves

  • Licensed professional in Oregon, preferably with residency training and at least two years of prior experience
  • Deep understanding of contemporary optical solutions and the latest advancements in contact lens technology.
  • Experience managing a diverse range of patient needs, including urgent cases and surgical co-management
  • Thrive on staying current with industry trends, innovative products, and lens technologies.

Responsibilities

  • Provide a broad range of services such as annual eye exams, glaucoma management, and specialized dry eye treatment.
