Requirements

Doctor of Optometry degree, O.D., including Third Party Administrator (TPA) certificate of licensure
1-3 years of clinical practice experience with current knowledge of Optometric technology and practices; new graduates are encouraged to apply
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Strong management, leadership, and organizational skills
Strong business aptitude, self-discipline, and ability to deliver outstanding patient service
Ability to exercise discretion and independent judgment in the performance of his/her job duties

Nice To Haves

Licensed professional in Oregon, preferably with residency training and at least two years of prior experience
Deep understanding of contemporary optical solutions and the latest advancements in contact lens technology.
Experience managing a diverse range of patient needs, including urgent cases and surgical co-management
Thrive on staying current with industry trends, innovative products, and lens technologies.

Responsibilities

Provide a broad range of services such as annual eye exams, glaucoma management, and specialized dry eye treatment.
Focus on personalized, patient-centered care.
