About The Position

Nationwide Vision, a partner of EyeCare Partners, is seeking an Optometrist to practice at its office in Anthem, Arizona. The role focuses on maintaining patients’ eye health and development through medically focused, clinically integrated eye care. The practice offers clinical autonomy, doctor-led medical oversight, an established referral network, a proprietary electronic health record system, and access to modern equipment, technology, and medical testing. The optometrist will work with a support team of optometrists, opticians, and technicians to provide efficient, patient-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Provide medically focused, clinically integrated eye care.
• Maintain patients’ eye health and development.
• Provide patient-centered care in collaboration with optometrists, opticians, technicians, and the practice support team.
