About The Position

Baird Optical Co Inc is seeking an Optometrist to join its growing practice in Phoenixville, Pennsylvania. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated provider who wants to make an immediate impact, support additional patient care hours, and potentially grow into a future partnership role as the practice continues to expand. The practice offers primary eye care, specialty contact lenses, myopia management, emergency eye care, and more, supported by two fully equipped exam lanes, pre-testing equipment, visual field testing, Optos Monaco photography with OCT, Zeiss optical lenses, and a large optical. With a foundation of quality care and a clear path for continued growth, this role is ideal for someone who values clinical excellence, collaboration, and long-term opportunity. As an Optometrist at Baird Optical Co Inc, you’ll provide comprehensive eye care for a diverse patient base, typically seeing about 15 patients per day, while performing routine and medical eye exams, supporting the optical team, and collaborating with staff to create a seamless patient experience. Available on a part- or full-time basis, 20 to 40 hours per week, this role is a flexible opportunity to contribute to a growing practice that values clinical quality, teamwork, community connection, and continued growth.

Requirements

• Licensed Optometrist in Pennsylvania.
