About The Position

Located in Gresham, Oregon, Mt. Hood Eye Care is looking to add a skilled professional to its team. Mt. Hood Eye Care is dedicated to providing friendly, high-quality eye care in the Northwest through its three thriving locations and a close-knit team of 20 staff members. The practice offers comprehensive optometric services, including routine eye exams, contact lens fittings, and the diagnosis and management of conditions such as glaucoma, diabetic retinopathy, and dry eye. Recognized as a crucial point of care for many patients who may lack easy access to specialists, the work is both challenging and rewarding. Looking ahead, Mt. Hood Eye Care aims to continue delivering exceptional care while deepening its connection to the communities it serves and evolving to meet the future needs of both patients and team members.

Requirements

• Optometry license in the state of Oregon
• Team player with excellent clinical and patient communication skills
• Consistently exceed patient expectations while providing personalized and individualized care
• Strong commitment to continuous learning

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive optometry to patients of all ages and with visual and medical conditions.
• Care for 14 to 16 patients daily.
• Conduct comprehensive eye tests, ensuring precise diagnoses and tailored solutions.
• Collaborate with a team of talented professionals to offer patients the best level of eyecare and eyewear.
