About The Position

Our growing practice is looking for a motivated, reliable Optometrist who wants to be part of a collaborative medical team and make a real difference in patients' vision and quality of life. At Broadway Eye Clinic, we practice eyecare that goes well beyond the routine eye exam. You'll play a central role in diagnosing, treating, and managing patients using some of the most advanced tools available in optometry today—all within a professional, well-supported clinical environment. This position is full-time, 40 hours/week.

Requirements

  • Valid Utah optometry license (or be eligible to obtain one)

Responsibilities

  • Performing comprehensive eye exams and diagnosing/managing ocular disease and vision conditions
  • Utilizing advanced technology such as Neurolens, Forma-I, IPL, LLLT, and myopia management protocols
  • Spending meaningful one-on-one time with patients to assess visual health, discuss findings, explain treatment options, and set expectations
  • Managing dry eye disease, binocular vision dysfunction, and other specialty conditions
  • Working closely with our aesthetic team, technicians, and support staff to coordinate whole-person patient care
  • Overseeing vision therapy and neuro-optometric rehabilitation cases as applicable
  • Accurately documenting exams and treatments and following established clinical protocols
  • Educating patients on eyewear, contact lenses, and recommended treatment plans
  • Participating in ongoing training and continuing education (offered and expected)
  • Being a positive, reliable team member who contributes to a calm, welcoming patient experience
