Responsibilities
- Greet patients with a smile and help them feel comfortable.
- Assist the optometrist by guiding patients through basic eye exams and tests (training provided).
- Explain simple procedures and answer patient questions in easy-to-understand language.
- Help schedule appointments, update patient records, and keep the office organized.
- Support the team in providing excellent patient care and a welcoming environment.
