Responsibilities

• Answer phones and schedule appointments.
• Verify insurance benefits and calculate patient responsibility.
• Deliver patient care from pre-screening through post-exam follow-up.
• Perform diagnostic tests and gather patient medical histories.
• Help educate patients about their vision benefits.
• Ensure the patient experience is excellent from start to finish.
• Communicate effectively and support teammates in reaching shared goals.
• Maintain excellent standards of cleanliness and presentation.
