About The Position

Join the All About Eyes team in an optometric technician role with opportunities for personal and professional development. Responsibilities

• Answer phones and schedule appointments.
• Verify insurance benefits and calculate patient responsibility.
• Deliver patient care from pre-screening through post-exam follow-up.
• Perform diagnostic tests and gather patient medical histories.
• Assist in educating patients about their vision benefits.
• Help ensure an excellent patient experience from start to finish.
• Communicate effectively and support teammates in working toward common goals.
• Maintain excellent standards of cleanliness and presentation.
