About The Position

Provides Member service by acknowledging the Member, identifying their needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues and concerns, and promoting the Company's products and services. Processes Member visits by scheduling and confirming appointments, following Company policies, procedures, and applicable state and federal laws in maintaining and filing records, requesting, reviewing, and processing insurance, collecting payments for doctor services, and performing and recording results of optometric pretests.
