About The Position
VisionFirst is a local, employee-owned eye care provider with 18 locations in Kentucky and Indiana. We are more than just an eye care provider; we are part of the community. And we're looking for someone great to join the team. You'll be a key part of our patient experience — greeting people, prepping them for exams, conducting pre-tests, and ensuring that every patient has a great experience. No two days look exactly alike.
Requirements

- Team player who is dependable and takes ownership
Nice To Haves
- Prior optometry or medical office experience is a plus, but we'll train the right person
Responsibilities
- Use diagnostic equipment and perform preliminary testing
- Prepare patients for their eye exams by performing medical history intake
- Guide patients through their visit with warmth and professionalism
- Keep patient records accurate and up to date
- Assist with various in-office procedures that ensure organized and efficient patient flow
