Requirements

3 to 7 years of experience in process optimization within a complex environment
Green Belt certification
In-depth knowledge of Lean principles and tools
Strong analytical skills, ability to solve complex problems, and results-oriented mindset
Strong willingness to learn and a collaborative spirit
Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate with various stakeholders
Advanced level of English proficiency, as the role involves weekly email and videoconference exchanges with teams across Canada, including both French-speaking and English-only business lines

Responsibilities

Conducting diagnostic assessments of processes to identify areas for improvement and developing action plans based on findings
Designing, preparing, and facilitating optimization workshops (Kaizen, problem-solving) with iA Group organizational units
Supporting managers and their teams in deploying continuous improvement activities until benefits are realized
Contributing to process mapping according to best practices and Lean principles
Determining financial and non-financial gains from optimization activities and ensuring proper follow-up
