About The Position
As a Clean Room Technician at MKS Instruments, Inc. you will partner with the Filters Operations team to clean glass substrates for subsequent processing. In this role, you will report to the Production Manager of the Filters department.
Requirements
- 0 to 1 year of related experience
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong organization and housekeeping
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Ability to understand and follow required work instructions and procedures
- Must be able to read and write English
Nice To Haves
- Glass cleaning experience
- Cosmetic inspection experience
- Desire to grow with the company
Responsibilities
- Receiving optical parts from fabrication, coating, or quality assurance and then cleaning parts and substrates for coating and fabrication processes
- Reviewing drawings and instructions to verify physical dimensions, cleaning methods, and appropriate tooling
- Cleaning parts using all processes according to instructions
- Completing proper records and cleaning logs
- Maintains an inventory of chemicals and cleaning supplies
