About The Position

CEENTA is seeking a friendly, professional, and knowledgeable Optician to deliver high-quality, compassionate optical services to our patients. In this role, you will assist patients in selecting eyewear, ensure accurate order processing, verify prescriptions, and support the daily operations of our optical dispensary. You’ll welcome patients, guide them through eyewear selection, verify prescriptions, adjust and dispense eyewear, document orders, manage vendor communication, and troubleshoot concerns.

• Ability to utilize Point of Sale and EMR systems.
• Ability to educate patients on frames, lens materials, coating options, and specialty products.
• Ability to verify prescriptions and measurements.
• Ability to operate optical equipment such as lensometers and pupilometers.
• Ability to troubleshoot eyewear concerns and perform adjustments.
• Ability to oversee optical dispensary operations including vendor relations and inventory.
• Ability to maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming optical space.
