- Optical experience is encouraged, not required (customer service or sales experience preferred)

Responsibilities
- Help patients choose frames and lenses that fit their needs and style, build connections with patients
- Provide exceptional customer service and personalized recommendations
- Perform eyewear adjustments and minor repairs
- Maintain optical inventory and displays
- Work closely with doctors and team members to support patient care
- Cross-train in other departments for career growth
