Requirements

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Ability to travel
• Organizational skills
• Computer skills
• Be able to neutralize eyeglass lenses
• Knowledge of basic mathematics and algebra
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Previous Optical Sales/Retail Sales and/or Customer Service work experience
• Able to work flexible hours including some nights and Saturday

Nice To Haves

• Some optical retail helpful but willing to train the right candidate.

Responsibilities

• Personally assist customers by giving prompt, courteous and professional service.
• Dispense optical eye wear in accordance with professional standards.
• Performs repairs, adjustments, verifies accuracy of completed eye wear.
• Instruct Contact Lens insertion and removal class.
• Achieve established Sales and Customer Service objectives.
