About The Position
Cambridge Eye Associates is seeking a full-time Optician to join their team in Cambridge, MN. The mission of the practice is to 'Save Eyes & Spark Joy.' They are looking for a friendly, motivated individual with a passion for helping others and a willingness to learn, as no prior experience is required. The role involves assisting patients with eyewear selection, providing advice on frames and lenses, meeting sales goals, managing inventory, performing eyewear adjustments and repairs, and collaborating with doctors. The practice emphasizes a warm, welcoming environment built on collaboration, celebration, and compassion.
Requirements
- 0–3 years of experience (optical experience is great, but not required—we’ll train you!)
- Strong multitasking and organizational skills in a fast-paced setting
- A coachable mindset and eagerness to grow in the optical field
- Flexibility to adapt to changing patient needs and office priorities
- Professional phone etiquette and a warm, approachable personality

- Optical experience is great, but not required
