About The Position
The Iris Saint-Augustin-de-Desmaures boutique team is currently looking for a part-time optician. An experienced team awaits you for a unique work experience. If you like customer service, enjoy teamwork and appreciate quality products and services, contact us. The field of optics is linked to both health and fashion. Come and grow with us in this exciting environment! Occasional evenings or weekends, depending on holidays or team cover. 2 to 3 days a week. Office with 3 optometrists.
Requirements
- Prescription optician diploma and member of the Ordre des opticiens d'ordonnances du Québec.
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with patients and team members.
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively.
- Passion for innovation and willingness to keep abreast of the latest trends in the optical industry.
- Commitment to customer service excellence and patient satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Help patients choose stylish frames and high-quality lenses tailored to their visual needs and lifestyle.
- Take accurate measurements
- Fit, adjust and maintain eyewear to ensure optimal comfort.
- Provide expert advice on the care of contact lenses and optical products.
- Work closely with our multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive vision health care.
