Requirements
- Licensed Optician (or eligible for licensing in BC)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Sales experience or confidence recommending eyewear solutions
- Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn and grow
- Passion for helping patients see and look their best
- Interest in long-term career development and ownership opportunities
