Provides direct patient care as well as supervises the daily optical store operations for a designated store. Supports optical within designated store. Supports nonexempt employees. Assures goals and objectives obtained through procedures, systems, and support personnel. Demonstrates competency using Park Nicollet standards for customer service. They provide leadership by acting as a role model, special projects manager, trainer, and mentor to new and existing employees.
