About The Position

This is a full-time, permanent position for an Optician / Customer Service Specialist in a retail client setting located in Arcadia, CA. The role involves delivering excellent customer service, understanding and addressing customer needs, handling complaints, creating eyewear products, and maintaining a positive store environment. The specialist will also participate in staff meetings, train team members, and adjust/fit eyeglasses. A salary of $21-26 per hour plus full benefits is offered.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED equivalent.
At least 1 year of retail experience.
Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, holidays, and opening/closing shifts.
Strong verbal and written communication and relationship-building skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to stand and move around the sales floor or stockroom for most of the day.

Responsibilities

Deliver excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
