Requirements

A high school graduate or equivalent (required)
Excellent communication and listening skills in order to properly address patient needs (required)
Customer Service or service-related experience is a plus (required)

Responsibilities

Listen and address needs of patients as evidenced by company standards and policies.
Answer the phones, and communicate patient’s needs to the Opticians and Optical Technicians.
Efficiently take orders for contact lenses, create contact lens encounters and order lenses from ABB or other supplier.
Navigate insurance websites to assist patients with the available benefits and cost associated with their plan.
Sell and create encounters for accessories.
Learn the lensometer.
Oversee Frame Inventory.
