Warby Parker is searching for an Optical Supervisor to join their growing team of in-house optical professionals. In this role, the supervisor will rely on optical prowess, friendly demeanor, and product expertise to create incredible customer experiences, helping both longtime fans and first-time wearers feel excited and confident about their glasses. Acting as a keyholder to the store, the supervisor will help open and close the shop and maintain internal operations. As a leader of the team, they will foster an upbeat and productive work environment for opticians and retail advisors. The ideal candidate is an energetic self-starter and a lifelong learner eager to help Warby Parker grow.
