The coordinator will also prepare, review, analyze, and monitor various reports, logs, and forms, including user ID reports and training participation records. A key aspect of the role involves developing training programs and materials by conducting needs analyses, identifying and creating content, adapting existing materials, and evaluating training effectiveness. The position requires strong communication skills to interact with customers, suppliers, and other associates verbally and in writing.
