Requirements

Nice To Haves
- Licensed or certified Optician (preferred but not always required)
- Experience with optical software systems (a plus)
Responsibilities
- Assist patients in selecting the right frames and lenses based on their prescriptions and lifestyle
- Take accurate measurements (PD, segment height, frame adjustments)
- Educate customers on lens options, coatings, and care
- Process eyewear orders and manage lab work
- Perform minor repairs and adjustments to frames
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
