Ops Support Representative II
About The Position
The Operations Support Representative supports GovDeals Account Managers and the Client Operations Support Group by completing project-based work, as well as recurring daily and weekly tasks. This role focuses on key activities that support GovDeals auctions, including quality control and bid deposit processes, and assists with Full-Service Projects where GovDeals manages aspects of the sale process typically handled by self-directed clients. The OSR serves as a key point of contact, working closely with internal GovDeals teams, buyers, and third-party partners to support efficient transactions and timely issue resolution. This role requires accuracy, strong attention to detail, independent judgment, and excellent organization to manage multiple projects and daily responsibilities. Performance is evaluated based on the successful execution of assigned projects and processes.
