This part-time, as-needed, hourly position involves supervising large numbers of employees of varying skill levels in multiple assignments and shifts within a live performance venue. The role requires general working knowledge of theatre and live show production equipment and procedures, the ability to maintain a calm and professional demeanor, and capacity for strenuous manual labor. Excellent judgment regarding safe and effective work methods, communication of standard processes, and successful supervision and teamwork under pressure are essential. The position requires the ability to work evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed, and may involve training and supervision of Part-Time OPS Stagehand crew. Employees must be able to complete tasks without supervision and be punctual to all work shifts. This position requires employees to work from 35-40 hours per week thus students will not be eligible.
