The successful candidate will have the opportunity to contribute to ongoing projects, which may involve: Maintaining, expanding, and quality‑controlling cell lines Optimizing cell‑differentiation and genome‑editing protocols Performing DNA/RNA purification, cloning, and PCR In addition, the technician will assist with day‑to‑day operations (e.g., preparing buffers, autoclaving media, and handling biomedical waste). Training will be provided on site; prior experience with mammalian cell culture is a strong plus.
