Requirements

• Knowledge of Army and Joint regulations and current Multi Domain Operations ( MDO ) doctrine
• Ability to use Micro sof t Office suite
• Secret clearance
• HS diploma or GED and 10+ years of experience in a Multi Domain Operations ( MDO ) field such as space, cyber, or Electronic Warfare, OR Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience in a Multi Domain Operations ( MDO ) field such as space, cyber, or Electronic Warfare

Nice To Haves

• 15+ years of experience supporting the DoD
• Experience as a U.S. Army former field grade officer, warrant officer, or sergeant major
• Experience serving in a key developmental position at a brigade or battalion level
• Experience as a Battalion commander or higher ranked commander
• Experience with Constructive Simulation Models such as Joint Land Component Constructive Training Capability ( JLCCTC ) or Warfighters Simulation ( WARSIM )
• Experience working with the Mission Command Training Program ( MCTP )
• Knowledge of FM 7-100 OPFOR Hybrid Threat doctrine
• Master's degree
• MEL 4 Certification
