Episcopal Community Services (ECS) envisions a world where the path to prosperity is available to all and empowers individuals and families to challenge intergenerational poverty by developing and following their own path. MindSet is a free one-on-one coaching program designed to support long-term personal and economic growth in five core areas: family stability, health & wellbeing, financial management, education & training, employment & career development. Participants are paired with a dedicated professional coach and supported by a team of financial and career development specialists who work collaboratively to promote skill building, financial stability, and long-term economic independence. Through regular coaching sessions, participants identify areas for growth, create personalized goals, receive ongoing encouragement through challenges, and support as they celebrate successes. Individuals can engage in MindSet programming for up to seven years at no cost, providing the long-term support needed to build a strong foundation for lasting success. The Opportunity Development Coach Manager (OCDM) is a leader among a dynamic team of Coaches. To lead and support our coaching staff, the ODCM will play a critical role in ensuring high-quality service delivery to participants by developing quality control systems and implementing a plan for continuous improvement. The ODCM will support the team through participant data analysis and case reviews, bi-weekly coach check-ins, and providing ongoing professional development for staff. The ODCM will also lead data quality assurance efforts in partnership with the Learning & Evaluation team at Episcopal Community Services.
