This full-time position involves providing exceptional eye care to the community, with a quarter-time presence in the Gloucester clinic. The role is part of a collaborative, mission-driven team of ophthalmologists, optometrists, and ophthalmic professionals dedicated to advanced care through cutting-edge techniques and technology.

Requirements

• MD or DO from an accredited institution
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Ophthalmology
• Virginia Medical License (or eligibility)
• Valid DEA Registration

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional eye care to the community.
• Perform Cataract Surgery (Laser-assisted & No-stitch).
• Conduct LASIK & Refractive Surgery.
• Provide Glaucoma Treatment & Micro-incision Surgery.
• Treat Retina Disease & Retinal Detachment.
• Manage Corneal Disease & Transplants.
• Perform Oculoplastic Surgery.
• Address Pediatric & Adult Ocular Disease.
• Conduct Strabismus Surgery.
• Treat Macular Degeneration, Dry Eye, Amblyopia, Ptosis, and more.
