About The Position

Tuscaloosa Ophthalmology, located in northwest Alabama, has been providing ophthalmic care to the Tuscaloosa community since 1992. Founded by Dr. E Van Johnson, the practice has a strong history of excellent care in all areas of ophthalmology. The practice is now seeking an additional comprehensive ophthalmologist to join their team of 4 providers, as they have reached capacity. The practice offers a supportive environment with an amazing support team, great company culture, and access to various pathways within ophthalmology, including clinical trials, research, and academia. They provide a 2-year ramp-up period with a guaranteed base salary and a generous production model to support the incoming physician at their preferred pace.

Requirements

• Board-certified or eligible in Ophthalmology.
• Licensed or eligible for licensure in Alabama.
• Ability to provide comprehensive ophthalmic care.
