About The Position

Exciting opportunity for a trained, licensed, board certified/eligible Glaucoma Specialist to join our team in the beautiful and historic Long Island, NY community. The practice includes a skilled team of ophthalmologists, an optometrist, administrators, scribes, technicians, and surgical coordinators. Services offered include Cataracts, Cornea, Diabetic Eye Care, Dry Eye, Glaucoma, Oculoplastics, Primary Vision Care, and Retina. The facility boasts a 6 OR ambulatory surgery center dedicated to eyes. The role involves seeing patients 40 hours a week, inclusive of surgical time, with full technician and scribe support that adjusts based on volume. The practice utilizes state-of-the-art equipment and technology for precise diagnostics and procedures, with mentors available to support growth in surgery and specialty.

Requirements

Trained, licensed, board certified/eligible Glaucoma Specialist.
Ability to see patients 40 hours a week, inclusive of surgical time.
Proficiency in utilizing state-of-the-art equipment and technology for precise diagnostics and procedures.

Responsibilities
