About The Position

Assists ophthalmologists, optometrists, opticians, and physicians. Performs routine vision screening. Administers eye medications. Cleans ophthalmic instruments and equipment. Prepares and maintains treatment rooms. Performs related duties as required. All responsibilities noted here are considered essential functions of the job under the Americans with Disabilities Act. Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-3 years of relevant experience, required.

Nice To Haves

• Current Ophthalmic Technician Certification preferred, plus specialized certifications as needed.
• Ability to travel to other sites as needed highly preferred.
