Requirements
- Typically 5+ years of work experience, with 2 to 5 years post-degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- Technical training in customer relationship management is a plus.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and support the design and implementation of operational excellence programs and processes at the local level.
- Monitor and control documentation related to value stream improvement processes and initiatives.
- Develop presentations and visual displays of progress for teams, facilitating clear communication and understanding.
- Respond to questions and feedback from value stream problem-solving teams and departments.
- Serve as a point of contact for scheduling, integrating information, and tracking metrics for process improvement initiatives.
- Ensure implementation of best practices aligned with the organization’s operational excellence objectives.
- Interface with Operational Excellence management and value stream leaders under general supervision.
- Translate instructions into actionable steps to drive project success.
- Effectively share important information across functions and organizational levels.
