Supports the hospital by operating switchboard. Answers, screens, transfers incoming and outgoing calls. Monitors alarms and code situations to activate notification systems when directed. Answers calls in efficient manner, uses digital pages as needed. Accesses patient information, uses scripting for all interactions.
