Requirements
- Ability to operate or learn to operate heavy equipment safely and effectively
- Strong awareness of safety practices in industrial and outdoor environments
- Capacity to perform physical tasks and work in varying conditions
- Reliable team member with consistent attendance and communication
- Commitment to following procedures and contributing to operational excellence

Responsibilities
- Operate equipment safely and efficiently to support production targets
- Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance on machinery
- Monitor materials and report any irregularities or safety concerns
- Support loading, hauling, and stockpile management as needed
- Follow all safety procedures and contribute to a strong safety culture
