Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• A minimum of six months of production experience, or an equivalent combination of related experience, education, and training.
• Basic reading, writing, and computer skills, with the ability to use ERP scanners when required.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations, accurately count items, report weights, and track inventory adjustments.
• Strong attention to safety, quality, and operational procedures in a manufacturing environment.

Nice To Haves

• Previous forklift experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production equipment used in drying, freezing, wet and dry processing, sifting, grinding, boxing, and packaging while following established safety and quality standards.
• Assemble, disassemble, clean, sanitize, and set up equipment and work areas to support efficient production operations.
• Follow all safety procedures, wear required PPE, participate in safety training and meetings, and apply Lock Out/Tag Out (LOTO) procedures.
• Perform Critical Control Point (CCP) checks, follow GMPs and SOPs, and promptly report product quality or handling concerns.
• Support production goals by preparing for shift transitions, completing scheduled cleaning and sanitation activities, and working overtime as needed.
• Collaborate with team members, communicate effectively across departments, and assist with training and onboarding new employees.
