About The Position
Reporting to the Production Team Leader, the Day Shift Operator ensures the smooth operation of production equipment and product quality. The role contributes to safety, efficiency, and continuous improvement in the work environment.

Responsibilities
- Apply and promote safety standards.
- Perform necessary adjustments and settings during product changeovers.
- Carry out quality tests and make required adjustments.
- Collaborate with operational, mechanical, sanitation, and quality teams.
- Participate in continuous improvement of processes.
