Requirements

High school diploma or GED required.
A minimum of six months of production experience, or an equivalent combination of related experience, education, and training.
Basic reading, writing, and computer skills, with the ability to use ERP scanners when required.
Ability to perform basic math calculations, accurately count items, report weights, and track inventory adjustments.
Strong attention to safety, quality, and operational procedures.

Nice To Haves

Previous forklift experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Assemble, disassemble, clean, sanitize, and set up equipment and work areas to support efficient production operations.
Operate and monitor production equipment while following established safety, quality, and operational standards.
Follow all safety procedures, wear required PPE, participate in safety training and meetings, and apply Lock Out/Tag Out (LOTO) procedures.
Perform Critical Control Point (CCP) checks, follow GMPs and SOPs, and promptly report product quality or handling concerns.
Complete scheduled cleaning and sanitation activities, support production goals, and work overtime as needed.
Collaborate with team members, communicate effectively across departments, and assist with training and onboarding new employees.
