About The Position
Bosch Home Solutions is seeking an Operator. The role is responsible for operating production equipment, performing testing, and assembly operations to ensure quality production per company standards.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Ability to read assembly or other instructions, as well as safety and quality requirements.
- Commitment to workplace safety and continuous improvement support.
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience in assembly or manufacturing facility preferred.
Responsibilities
- Read & accurately interpret sketches, and other information / instructions.
- Assemble assigned products as instructed by work instructions in a safe manner ensuring quality standards are met.
- Assemble products using tools, fixtures, and machines (drilling, screwing, and bolting operations); operate presses and punches out parts; work with coper tubes and/or coil fins.
- Assist in training new operators.
- Perform quality inspections on products to ensure they meet specifications.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation including cleaning around work area and/or department at end of shift.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize production efficiency.
- Follow all safety policies and procedures; consistently utilize all required personal protective equipment (PPE).
