About The Position

Technician manually diagnoses issues with electronic devices. Position accurately diagnoses and troubleshoots device issues and makes necessary repairs. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other Duties not listed may be assigned.

Requirements

Must be high school graduate or equivalent.
Basic computer skills are necessary.
Demonstrated skill set while working with Temp Agency
Needs good data entry skills.
Must be detail oriented and organized.
Must be able to multi-task and work efficiently and demonstrates excellent time management skills
Must be hands on and have ambition and drive to succeed
Must be goal oriented and be accustomed to achieving results through teamwork.

Responsibilities

Inspect electronic device and determine if probably accident or malfunction.
Troubleshoot and analyze the validity of claim for repair or replacement.
Estimate monetary value of damages for repair.
Identify and resolve issues in a timely manner.
QC and test electronic device after repairs.
Familiar the triage process on all models.
Able to help Engineer lead to audit other techs performance.
Able to train new hire tech.
Builds and maintains a work environment that s positive and is supported by open feedback and two-way communications at all levels.
Keeps warehouse organized and clean at all times.
Responsible for maintaining a positive work environment while supporting the companys culture.
Responsible for fostering a healthy and safe work environment, focusing on the well-being of all associates.
