About The Position

This role involves following job orders and schematics to gather materials, craft products, and perform basic repairs using various hand and power tools. The Operator will also conduct safety checks, maintain their workstation, and collaborate with team members. Safety is paramount, requiring adherence to PPE and safety procedures. Day-to-day direction will be provided by a supervisor.

Requirements

• Pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
• Highschool diploma or GED.
• One year of manufacturing experience.
• Willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Follow job orders and schematics.
• Gather materials based on schematics.
• Craft and make basic repairs with various hand tools (I.E tape measure and various power tools).
• Perform safety checks and assessments on product and materials.
• Maintain workstation and general housekeeping.
• Support other team members through collaboration and clear and concise communication skills.
• Work safely, wear PPE and follow safety procedures.
