The operator will adjust his machine, respecting established standards and the order of priorities. This role involves ensuring material batches are adequate, coordinating task priorities with the Buffer Manager based on TOC principles, and communicating any production anomalies to the team leader to prevent faulty parts from progressing down the line. The operator is responsible for adjusting the machine based on material type, managing parts at the machine's infeed and outfeed, and repeating operations as necessary. Additionally, the role includes re-arranging parts into batches for the next production stage, performing assembly tasks, and undertaking other related tasks as assigned.
