Requirements

1+ years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment, preferably in a similar industry
High school diploma or equivalent
Strong attention to detail – Ability to perform quality inspections and follow production standards.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills – Demonstrates strong interpersonal skills and works well within a team.
Willingness to follow safety protocols – Commitment to adhering to safety regulations and maintaining a clean working environment.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs – Must be capable of performing physically demanding tasks, including lifting and standing for extended periods.
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
Ability to lift and carry materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
Manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination for operating machinery and performing quality inspections.
Comfortable working in environments with exposure to noise, dust, and varying temperatures.
Comfortable wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
