Different shift assignments allow for flexibility and safety. Your Team Cleveland’s technology and automation is innovative. It is the U.S. sole source for plastic pour bottles, glass IV, and various reconstitution devices. This facility produces a number of major product lines with a diverse array of automated manufacturing technologies ranging from bottle solution filling, injection molding, tubing extrusion, and device assembly. Requirements

  • High school diploma or Equivalency required.
  • Capability to comprehend and interpret computer control documents and specifications.
  • Computer proficiency and ability to use software applications.
  • Ability to read and understand specifications and procedures.
  • Audiometric testing and hearing protection required.
  • Learn, understand and apply rigorous quality standards, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP).
  • Ability to bend, stoop and climb ladders.
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time.
  • Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds repetitively.
  • In a Class I Controlled Environment which includes the following dress/gowning requirements: safety glasses, safety shoes, ear plugs, jumpsuit, hood, hairnet, beard cover, gloves, isolation mask and boots (additional PPE required when cleaning).
  • Constant or intermittent exposure to elevated levels of noise.
  • Involves working around equipment, machinery and belts.
  • Requires occasionally working with chemical cleaners and disinfectants.
  • Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. We are un-able to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa at this time.

Nice To Haves

  • Additional technical experience, training, or education a plus.
  • Trained as forklift driver preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Operate assembly equipment in Devices departments.
  • Perform line clearances, quality checks, and machine parameter verification.
  • Must ensure raw materials, printing, and packaging materials are ready for production.
  • Use blueprints, specifications, Bill of Materials, and Standard Operating Procedures to ensure product or process acceptability.
  • Stack-off master cartons and move finished goods with forklift.
  • Participate in and complete all required training.
  • Maintain good housekeeping and 6S responsibilities as assigned.
  • Notify the supervisor and take appropriate action if any safety, quality, mechanical or discrepancy issues occur.
  • Sustain a clean and safe work area using 6S principles.
