About The Position

The Operator Technician possesses knowledge of Utility machinery, equipment, or apparatus (Compressed Air, Boiler, Power House), WTP (including Purified Water), WWTP, and HVAC. They have knowledge and experience in Preventive and Predictive Maintenance, especially for Utility machinery, equipment, or apparatus. This role requires proficiency and a systematic approach to troubleshooting machinery, equipment, or apparatus within the Utility scope. The position involves willingness to work on a shift schedule or based on emergency on-call duty outside regular working hours. The ideal candidate can work effectively within a team and possesses conflict resolution and ambiguity-handling skills. Experience in the food/beverage industry and a previous manufacturing or production environment is preferred. The role also requires the ability to do heavy lifting.

Requirements

• Knowledge of Utility machinery, equipment, or apparatus (Compressed Air, Boiler, Power House), WTP (including Purified Water), WWTP, and HVAC.
• Knowledge and experience in Preventive and Predictive Maintenance, especially for Utility machinery, equipment, or apparatus.
• Proficient and systematic in troubleshooting machinery, equipment, or apparatus within the Utility scope.
